Litigation Associate, Mandell Menkes

Mandell Menkes LLC has an immediate opening for a full-time litigation associate to join our media law, intellectual property, and commercial litigation practice. Mandell Menkes is a boutique, Chicago-based law firm. The ideal candidate will have top academic credentials from a top-rated law school, high-level analytical and writing skills, and experience taking and defending depositions, conducting written discovery, arguing substantive motions, and at least second-chair trial experience in both state and federal courts. The firm offers reasonable hours, a salary range commensurate with experience and qualifications, and the flexibility to work remotely where appropriate.

Qualifications/Requirements

3-6 years of experience required
Excellent academic credentials
Experience in commercial and/or media litigation required
Illinois bar license required
Experience in entertainment/data privacy/technology a plus
Large firm experience and/or complex litigation experience a plus
